According to market researcher Strategy Analytics, it reveals that iPhone X was the best selling smartphone globally during the first quarter of the year 2018 with Apple shipping 16 million units during the first three months of the year.
And 12.5 million units of the iPhone 8 was sold. Moreover, Apple claimed that iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 7 was the third and fourth spot, which sold 8.3 million units and 5.6 million units, respectively.
While the first spot is the Xiaomi Redmi 5A which sold 5.4 million units in Q1 2018. So, the figure makes the iPhone X the best selling smartphone in the world.
